How long can I use the excuse of "baby weight'?

Really.  I NEED to get serious about a diet now.  So, starting tomorrow, or the next day :), it's on!!!

Look.  Here's the thing, I've lost lots of weight before, 38lbs, however, this time I feel as if I have NO self control!  I just eat, eat and eat.

But, no more!  Well, eating ALL the time like I've been doing.  Plus, I wanna start running again.  I really love it.  Nothing is better than cruising along with my IPOD.  Most specifically, The Sounds singing me along....

So, stay tuned.  Let's see if I can do it!  Well, I'm just gonna have to...

You can do it! I go (or try to go) to the gym every day after work - even if it's only for 15 minutes! I don't really have much to show for it right now though - but I'm getting there :)

You're hungry all the time b/c your body is trying to store up nutrients for breast milk, even though you're formula feeding. My friend (unlike me) breastfed, and that burned most of her baby weight away.

Good luck on the exercise! You can do it! You may want to see if you can get a jogging stroller at a consignment store, so you can introduce Milo to the fun.
